Spicer Manor provides a beautiful Yorkshire location for a corporate retreat in the peace and quiet. Whether you are looking for a space to host a meeting, presentation, training or simply a team building retreat to escape the normal workplace location and appreciate the open countryside, we are sure to have a space that will suit your every need. With 15 luxury en-suite bedrooms that can be set up as king size or twins, we have the space for 34 individuals to come together. There is also plenty of free parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. If team building or social activities will be a part of your stay then we can accommodate a range of activities and we are also able to recommend local companies for you, from outdoor pursuits or escape rooms to cocktail making or cooking classes. You will also have the use of our stunning cinema room, our huge games room and our two hot tubs.
In the kitchen a large island with bar stools provides seating for 11 guests, great for any discussions or socialising. We have enough kitchen equipment to serve over 80 guests, including extra-large pans and bowls to use when cooking for large groups as well as all cooking utensils. Some of the facilities include:
The kitchen would also be available to use for any outside caterers you may require but please discuss this with us before booking. In this room there is also a generous living area which seats 8-12 guests, with a Yorkshire Range fireplace and a large Smart TV with Blu-Ray player. There is also a separate utility room with a further fridge, freezer, dryer and 2 washing machines. In here there is also an iron and ironing board.

With a long table seating 36 it is ideal for groups; it is also easy to access the kitchen and the living room bar from here for refreshments. When the weather is cooperating, the orangery has bi-folding doors that lead out onto our outdoor seating area, perfect for a coffee break. It is also the perfect place to relax and socialise for an evening meal when the work discussions are over.

Mentioned previously is our large lounge which has a bar and plenty of space with surrounding sofas. We have a small lounge with two separate seating areas, great for discussions between smaller groups. The hallway by our stunning Grand Staircase, again has three smaller spaces for any discussions where a quieter area is needed. Also, our kitchen has a great living space with plenty of seating as well as an island with bar stools for more casual gatherings or meetings. The ultra HD 3 metre cinema screen has fully-automated Dolby Atmos and 5.2.2 surround sound mirrors for full-size cinema quality. It is powered by an Epson projector with Sony 4k Blu-Ray player. You can also benefit from Smart services including Netflix (account provided), BBC iPlayer, YouTube, Amazon Prime, as well as HDMI and USB connectivity.

Surrounded by oak and stone walls it has a charming rustic feel with impressive king truss beams. It is equipped with a drop-down screen and a projector so is great for any conferences or presentations. There is a bar in the Coach House that can be made available if required also making it a great space for any evening entertainment you may wish to put on, Casino tables or cocktail making would be great for socialising as a team.
