Wedding Guest Accommodation?
All guests are allocated a bedroom by the couple, if you wish to book a bedroom please contact the couple direct. We do not take individual payments from guests wishing to stay.
Do you allow third party suppliers?
We do allow third party suppliers providing they have the correct insurance and are self-sufficient. Although we do recommend to check with us before booking their service.
Can we use confetti?
We absolutely do allow confetti but only with real petals, not artificial.
Is catering included?
Catering is only included throughout the wedding breakfast and evening food on the day of celebrations.
Do you have car parking on site?
We have a large tarmac car park, along with an overflow parking area using ground enforcement paving tile for additional vehicles.
Are you an exclusive venue?
We are completely exclusive! Spicer Manor will be purely for you and your guests during your wedding celebrations.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We have 15 bedrooms sleeping up to a total of 34 guests. There is the possibility of adding cots or small beds for children under 12 (limited).
Are you a licensed venue?
Yes! We are fully licensed for civil marriages and civil partnerships, as well as having a fully licensed bar.

Am I allowed to smoke/vape on the premises?
Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the building, please use the designated smoking shelter when required.
Is there an ATM/Cash machine nearby?
We advise our visitors to bring cash as a back up as we are in a rural location, there is no cash machines nearby and weather dependant, our Wifi can be intermittent for the card machines.
Is there disabled access?
Please download our Access Statement for information about the property. Our Wild Garlic family room on the ground floor is suitable for people with limited mobility and has en-suite facilities.
How do I allocate bedrooms to my wedding guests?
After booking with us, we will email you with a bedroom allocation form, which you can fill in at your leisure. Once completed please return this to our team

What if I want a chef and/or bar staff?
We recommend Andrew Bradley from Bradley Outside catering. He caters all our events at Spicer Manor, so has a great knowledge of the building. Please click here to find out more details. We can also arrange for bar staff to be on site for special events. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is Wi-Fi provided?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Spicer Manor.
Are linen and towels included?
All bedrooms are supplied with linen and towels, as well as blankets, a hairdryer, and a selection of complimentary Bramley toiletries to use whilst staying at Spicer Manor.
Are cots and highchairs provided?
We can provide as many cots and highchairs as you need. However, we do ask that you bring your own linen for cots.
Can I invite additional guests for a party?
Yes you can invite extra guests to Spicer Manor. If you are wanting to invite more we have a purpose built function room space in the Coach House which is located at the top of the rear courtyard. You can hire this space and have up to 120 for a formal sit down meal or up 140 for a buffet style party space.

Where are dogs permitted?
We allow dogs between the months of October – March. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. If you intend to leave your dog/dogs throughout the day we can provide dog crates on request, they can be left unattended in our dogs room. Please make sure that your dogs do not foul on the grassed areas, Only use the meadow at the side of the car park for this when exercising your dogs. We allow up to four dogs per group.
